NuRe Park
NuRe Park, a unique initiative of 3i Infotech, is set in a small South Indian town. This groundbreaking project targets fresh engineering graduates, a significant number being first-generation professionals. As the first of a global series, NuRe Park aims to establish similar hubs in smaller towns worldwide, ushering in opportunities for emerging talent on an international scale.
The initiative not only connects campuses to corporate sectors but also plays a crucial role in skilling and growing India’s talent pool, fostering a dynamic transition from education to employment. 3i Infotech employs its trainees and offers merit-based opportunities in and beyond their hometown. This holistic approach positions NuRe Park as a transformative force in shaping the journey of young professionals.
Virtual Academies
The success of NuRe Park has resulted in virtual hubs being established at global locations, where similar outreach into colleges garners fresh talent that can be honed by training, skilling and certifications.
Called NuRe Academy, the first of its kind has been established in UK,
with Academies at USA and Malaysia in the pipeline.

3i Infotech Ltd. has partnered with www.Grow-Trees.com to plant Trees for Tigers – a Project they have undertaken to revitalize the wildlife corridors in India. Every employee at 3i Infotech is encouraged to plant a tree on their birthday and contribute towards the preservation of these habitats.
