About the Role:

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Executives to join our team for an exciting opportunity in an International sales process. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and acquiring new customers globally. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers through outbound sales calls, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Sales Calls: Conduct high-quality outbound sales calls to potential International customers, presenting utility services and persuading them to sign up.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions that align with their requirements.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, leveraging your knowledge of the International market and utility services.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities in the utility sector to enhance your sales approach and identify new opportunities.
  • Lead Management: Manage and prioritize sales leads efficiently, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Sales Experience: Proven experience of 1-2 years in outbound sales, particularly in an international process, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the utility sector, including electric connections, is preferred but not essential. A willingness to learn and adapt to the specifics of the UK market is crucial.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage, persuade, and build rapport with customers over the phone.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong sales skills, including the ability to handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close deals in a competitive environment.
  • Resilience: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven sales environment, demonstrating resilience and persistence in achieving sales goals.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Understanding of cultural nuances and customer preferences in the UK market to tailor sales approaches accordingly.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance effectively.
